The old application was stable and reliable, but it has now been replaced by a new one that fails to deliver OTPs even after multiple resend attempts. This feels like a downgrade in both performance and security. After login, we can’t access the account statement—a core banking feature. Instead, unnecessary flashy features were added, while essential functionality from the old app is missing, which has also been completely disabled.

I don’t understand why banks feel the need to launch a new app when the previous one was working perfectly. Canara ai1 was an excellent app—it had everything in one place: passbook, UPI, IMPS, and full banking services. With this new app, all those features are gone, and it feels like just a basic UPI payment app now. Removing core banking features has made the experience worse, not better. Please bring back the complete banking functionality.
