Canari

Canari is an independent application developed by the Les Rootz student association for the students of École des Mines de Saint-Étienne. This application is not published by the school's administration.

It centralizes campus life and student interactions through the following core features:

• Secure Messaging: Engage in one-on-one or group chats with full end-to-end encryption (MLS protocol) for maximum privacy.
• Association Management: Browse the student club directory, discover team members, and manage your club memberships.
• Events & Calendar: Keep track of student life schedules, set up reminders, and export events (ICS format) to your personal calendar.
• News & Polls: Stay updated with association news feeds, participate in interactive polls, and submit custom forms within the app.
• Shop & Ticketing: Purchase event tickets and student club merchandise through a secure, integrated payment system (Stripe).
• Calls & Media: Share photos, send documents, and initiate audio calls seamlessly.
