Very helpful in eliminating a lot of my pain but not all. But the releif is great to be able to walk upright in 2 years Thank God for Can View Putting an app on my phone is something I had not done before, thanks. To my grandson who showed how to put it in.

Doesn't work at all. Have to call chemist direct each, so they work out a workaround to provide medication.

Can't even open the app to access my scripts. It just opens up to a page that says can view, like it's a company logo photo only and nothing else. Can't swipe or touch to open to my scripts and can't get to the home page. Have to call my expensive specialist (who won't accept legal tender) to get him to resend through scripts not this extremely inconvenient app. It did work the first time, so I know this is a glitch. Technology has ruined everything and made the simple extremely complicated.

Updated my preferred pharmacy multiple times. Placed and paid for my script only to find that the app has reverted to some over east pharmacy. The help section on the app doesn't work. The messaging section doesn't work either. Can't seem to cancel the order or payment.

No medication tracking, No stock levels shown, the notification for the pharmacy placing the order ("order has been received") and receiving the medication ("order is ready to be picked up") is confusing and can be misinterpreted. Can only use it to place an order, that's it.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
