Very easy to use app. Saves time so you don't have to wait in pharmacy lines or make time to go there in the first place. Easy to contact Capsule if you have questions and they will contact your doctor or another pharmacy for you if you are moving your prescriptions to them.

capsule as a pharmacy: I would give them 100 stars if I could the app: 4/5 (which is ok!) the app just released so I'm not expecting it to be perfect of course, but capsule has been 100x better than getting my rx at rite aid or cvs. they work w your doctors and insurance, are super nice, and in a year of using their pharmacy and maybe 30+ deliveries, I might have had one delivery that was at most 10-15 minutes late. faster than a local cvs even with meds you need ASAP.

This pharmacy sent me defective meds (patches that wouldn't stay on) and refused to refund me or take back the defective patches. I had a terrible reaction to them and they just told me to duct tape them on and they refused to cancel out the defective prescription so I can get another prescription or refund me, or allow me to return the rest of the 90 days supply and get another brand. They act like they care but if you have problems they don't care if you die!! Worst online pharmacy ever!!

Decent service, terrible app. No option to request refill or update insurance. Have had prescriptions disappear from the app entirely and had to re-transfer from old pharmacy. You'll also receive your communication via texts from random numbers. Refill reminders don't get sent. Isn't this pharmacy supposed to make things easier?
