App working well! Liz at the Waipio Branch was the "salesperson" that convinced me to buy a monthly membership/subscription for car washes. She continues to provide excellent customer service. Just earlier this morning, she helped me again with registering another one of our vehicles for the subscription because the original vehicle is undergoing maintenance. The change were automatically reflected on the app from my Mahalo nui Liz, and a Hau'oli Matariki hou to every Carwash808Express employee!

Thank you for opening up at Kapolei. Very convenient for me. Membership $ is worth it since I go there all the time 🙂👍

I got a monthly membership as a gift. And have retained the monthly membership. I save money as I typically wash my car at least once a week. Fast service, pleasant attendants. I love the vacuum stations

Using Amex cards doesn't work. I selected Amex, but in order to continue I have to enter 16 digits. Amex are only 15 digits.

While trying to log in, the app wouldn't text me a code. The text link I was sent this morning about changing my card info also wasn't working 🙃 and when I thought, "Maybe I need to make an account," it stated my number was already registered and to try logging in😑 Tried "forgot my password", and it still wouldn't text me anything.

Fix your app. all of a sudden it's not letting me to sign in and review account. I put my telephone number in, and it failed to send a code over and over again. Tried setting a password, error days cannot confirm telephone number.
