This app has come a very long way. For the car wash I go to I do not even have to go into the app to redeem my washes. I pull up so the camera can read my license plate, and it opens and does what its set for. Hudson car wash is amazing. Newly renovated and owned by a new person. Everything is updated. I have recommended this place to everyone I know.

Good with one suggestion. The app gets the job done for managing your purchases and washes. The one suggestion that will simplify for first time users is please immediately prompt for login. Until you happen to find this option, and login, the app has no purpose. I'm addition, at the login screen, offer an explanation. Example: Please log in, on this device, using you mobile phone number. This will provide access to your existing washes as well as provide the ability to make new wash purchases.

Followed John walshaw's advice and logged in right away. Was able to choose our local car wash. Found my free car wash waiting to be used. Will update when I go to redeem it (If it works or not) I have every reason to believe that it will. Thanks, John!

Whenever I try to cancel the subscription for my car it just spins and says please wait forever, and I just keep getting charged and can't cancel the subscription.

Useless. After several attempts (40 minutes later) to add a vehicle and payment method. I bought 5 washes via the kiosk at Mr Sparkle Car wash in West Hartford. I was able to wash my car. However, the remaining washes do not show up on the app. I checked my account, and the payment was made. I'll have to reach out to Corporate. The updated car wash system is nice, just not user-friendly.
