I could not express how bad this app is. It crashes constantly. It doesn't allow you to update profile information. Got a new phone number and there is no way to change it in the app. Can't make a new account because my vehicle is tied to the old phone number. There isn't even so much as a customer support phone number to ask for help. Utterly useless.

This app is terrible what's the point of paying for unlimited car washes if when I try to redeem one at the kiosk it tells me I don't have any available? And yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Not to mention your car washes being so poor quality I have to sometimes go through multiple times just to get my headlights clean and hand wash my windows after just to have good visibility.
