Just bad. The previous version was an absolute nightmare. This version of the app is better (in that I can actually log in) but that's about it. Logging in shouldn't be this hard: username, password AND a validator. (I know this is an EU directive and it sucks. It makes it more difficult to access MY OWN MONEY (and that's the point it would appear)) The UI is really terrible and not intuitive. The UX is just appalling. How can an app like this be seen as acceptable?

I bloody hate when I'm walking a trying to log in, tis a disaster it shud, nt be that hard 2 jus pop on a check my balance !!!my money goes in weekly so when I'm tap tapping, I have 2 keep checking an always have a struggle ,tis a joke guys. I hate sayin all this bad cos they ar very gud staff an always helped me when I was in need ,jus improve the access pls, we all sayin same ting🙏🏻.🙄🤬🤬🙉

Does anyone in the credit union actually answer these reviews or try to improve the app it's crazy so many bad reviews all saying the same thing and nothing being done I opened my account over a year ago and only been able to view my balance once then the app stopped working haven't seen my balance since just an error sign 😡😡😡😡

Changes my current A/C to Cara. Sorry I did now. App is an absolute nightmare. Have to re download each time I want to log in.
