The App is easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface. Getting to your desired location is clear and concise. Coming from an IT background, being able to sign in to your account with fingerprint security is a much appreciated feature that a lot of apps lack these days!

fingerprint login does not work and app constantly locks me out of my account saying I've entered wrong login details, even though they are the correct login details

Terrible app, very bad interface for both app and web, lots of bugs, errors, if someone shared any FB link through WhatsApp, FB link won't open but HS SCU app will open I don't know how. Hsscu web log is fine. But app never work.

Nightmare to use. My AIB online banking is brilliant. Every time I try checking in prior to and including the set-up of the app it's a mess...you can get a once off password. Then try chande your security details and it won't allow you. In house service of HS SCU is great. But the App is the opposite.
