The app just redirects you to webpage. Also, I have to enter multiple user IDS for each kid each time. Would be very helpful if kids were stored in your profile.

Very hard to cancel an order once it has gone through. Can't change it after Monday, and when I called customer service, they said 48hrs notice was required and that she couldn't cancel it from her end either. Some of the days the food the kids are receiving is practically charred.
