I very much enjoy the text option. Helps me to connect with clients or future clients in a more optimal way. Due to scams and such people are sreening their phones more than ever, text helps with this! I would gladly give you the fifth star if you can make it, so I can transfer from the app on my Android phone. I am unable to transfer calls from this phone while signed in, so I must proceed with transfer on the computer. The phone service itself can be a little glitchy at times, overall is good

Buggy. If I pick up my desk phone, my cell phone stops ringing but keeps vibrating continuously. When using it on Wi-Fi for more than a minute or two the other side can no longer hear my voice. There should be a way for my desk phone to ring first, then ring my cell phone after a couple rings.

When calls are transferred to me, it goes straight to voice-mail. Today every time someone in office tried to reach me it went straight to voice-mail. Do not disturb was not on.

Voicemail playback from app rarely works, constantly have to restart my phone, app drops calls, and outbound calls regularly fail.
