The app had worked well the last few years. But constantly have issues with technicians calls being dropped during the transfer. Now the app keeps having issues where we can't delete voicemail from the app I have to go directly into the base phone. Also it would have been nice if the base phone number would have also been a text able number. I get this complaint from numerous customers. And I constantly mid-call have to be texting them from the app, so they can contact us.

This application is very handy for business. Essentially you do not have to give out your personal cell number or by another work line. I've had zero issues with it it's very train line and seamless great application. 100 recommend if you run a business

Prepare for lost business! It's impossible to know how much business this app has cost me. The biggest problem is that voicemails or texts will OFTEN show up 8–24 hours after the time stamp shows they were left. I rely on my voicemail to alert me of new clients as soon as possible. Not the next day. One Talk only client calls and texts will also randomly go to my personal number, for unknown reasons. This app is a nightmare.

Clunky at best. Continuously having issues. While on a personal call and receiving phone a phone will through the One Talk app it will not answer. While on a one talk app call and receiving a call to my personal number declining or swiping it away disconnects me from the customers call on the one talk app. So far, Verizon is unable to fix it. So many more issues! I don't even know how many calls I'm missing because of this...

The WORST app ever. Verizon touts this as THE answer to business communication. But this app has severely limited capabilities. When I'm on the One Talk line and another call comes through on my native line, it rings at full volume AND mutes the conversation. Second, I get harassed by error notifications that the app cannot connect for either data or messaging. Third, you cannot transfer text message data to another device. And they deleted all my messages trying to do it. DO NOT use One Talk.
