Overall the recent April 5th mobile update from ESI and the eSIP call server F/W .99 upgrade along with all the recent Endpoint F/W updates to my office phones in conjunction with this release all is working very well. It has been a work in progress for ESI, I am very patient and feel this mobile client is heading in the right direction now. I do feel that the sound quality is getting much better, the delay and latency is not nearly as noticeable as was before. I did upgrade my Droid to the Android 11 software with the new 3.1 UI so the Samsung is performing so much better now helps a great deal, along with the ESI mobile improvements on the App, this should make for a far more stable and useful experience. I will keep using it and report back later. So far in very limited tests it is working well.

Sound quality is extremely poor. Every call I have had using it ends quickly we me calling them back on a cell or landline. Sometimes when I am on the office phone the cell will continue to ring and the red "end call" button is not responsive. I have to power off the cell to get it to stop. Will probably uninstall.

This app will ANSWER A PHONE CALL WHEN I HAVEN'T ACCEPTED THE CALL. I have, on multiple occasions, found myself on a phone call when I didn't even know the phone had rung. On all these occasions, the phone was not in my pocket or my hand, so this wasn't a case of me answering by mistake. Moreover, the app runs in the background in such a way that it will prevent my music apps from playing unless I force close ESI. Terrible app.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. App does not ring through when on personal calls, so business calls are missed. I have reported this problem for over a year and no resolution. App fails to connect to server when answering calls or trying to make calls, forcing me to restart my phone. I have outstanding IT Help Desk tickets with ESI since July 2024 and have not received a call, text, or email regarding reported issues. This app is GARBAGE and ESI had horrible customer service!!!
