I used to love this app. Recently I tried to update my payment info online since it's not able to do that in the app. It wouldn't let me log in and kept saying I didn't have a subscription. I made a new login and password on the site. My card was charged, but now I can't log in. I sent an email regarding my issue and got an email back saying it was received. It's been a week. I have sent 3 follow-up emails and haven't received any response back. It's been over 2wks and there's no phone # to call

On a positive note, great tech. No glitches with my 7-day free trial. The idea of an all audio fitness app actually worked perfect for me because I really don't need to see visuals for the Spin classes I tried. I also liked the option of a beats based vs. rpm based class. The reason for my low rating however is I really couldn't get into the playlists with hip-hop options. The music was outdated and just not motivating. I need consistent trap music spin classes, all post 2015 hip-hop playlist!
