Excellent app, unfortunately it all depends on signal strength or Wi-Fi connection on phones. PCs are better, but less portable. Also power hungry, especially on phones. I use it regularly to assist with technical issues. I really like the ability to notate on screen as I'm talking and take screenshots.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!! I had to use it as part of a printer troubleshoot with Xerox. My phone heated up significantly, battery started dropping 10% at a time and the torch unable to turn on - this being caused by the app frying the battery to the point of full breakage. I had to drop £400 on a new phone. Completely irresponsible for Xerox to push this as the main form of communication with its tech support without doing the proper testing. -50 stars. Absolute trash.
