Various labels appear on the Megaphone picture, presumably with some instruction, but I found most of these impossible to read due to dark color on dark background with small print. I did get it to work a couple of times briefly, but the sound output was delayed till maybe a couple of seconds after speaking.

The app is very laggy and the signal-to-noise ratio is around 20 to 80. The press to speak button doesn't always work, and it doesn't give you live output, it just records and plays back your voice all distorted. Not useful to me.
