I love that flex, making sure you are prepared with company information, along with the dress code. I love that I can text if I have questions at any time. I really trust this company. I don't feel like it was a waste of time. I have tried other apps. it's you comfortable signing up for a company or app and never see 1 job posting. I like that. I see something every day even if I don't clai. Flexes every day.

I enjoy the flexibility of Reflex. It was a little hard in the beginning to claim a job because they would be claimed as soon as it would come through my phone! But, now that I've completed a couple of assignments, it's gotten a lot easier to claim them. Your payment for each job is the next business day. Great App and a great experience.

Makes you sign up before entering your city information. So after you're done signing up for everything and giving your information they can turn around and say there not in my city. Y'all need to start with that, so it's not a fat waste of time

There are issues with a severe lag concerning flexes: *If employers are requesting you back, how is it that you don't get the notification. *Flexes can pop up and as soon as you open the app it is not where to be found. *You should not get a notification for an available Flex at noon for an earlier shift at 10am. There clearly are bugs that need fixing, however it is not important to the people who aren't affected by it! And NO these issues were not addressed when brought up!

A business/ job can lie on you, and it will still go on your profile. Marc Jacob has reflex workers coming in to help them. The reflex worker gets paid the flat fee for that day but the Marc Jacob workers get a commission on every sale and you the reflex worker get none of it. I worked this shift multiple times and if I was an employee I would have made hundreds or even thousands in commission but since I was with reflex I only received the flat rate for the day.
