Gig jobs, gig pay, gig problems. Like any other 3rd party service, it's designed to save multi-hundred-billion dollar businesses a few pennies, it's got its share of issues but most of them don't involve the app or its functionality. Processes involve a lot of rigamaroles, but everything like this does. The reps are helpful when/if you need them, mostly, and sometimes they're willing to increase the pay for jobs if you're dependable, and they need the jobs done.

This is a wonderful app. The company's great to work with. Customer service = A+. The pay does cost a small fee to process because they go through a 3rd party, but it makes it more secure and safe to cash out. I'mm a smaller part of the world, West Virginia, and they have plenty of work here. I've traveled to many places and there is work all over they can keep you busy if you need to work and make money or if you just want a couple extra gigs to make some spare side cash it's great too! A++ App!

This is NOT an equal opportunity employment company. Most of their job contracts have been lost due to bad work ethics and the pay has dropped tremendously considering the length of time they allow vs the actual field work required. Your rating never increases and if you cancel jobs your rating drops immensely. You can hardly ever get a hold of anyone over the assigned projects and PMs won't talk to you! JUST FIND BETTER WORK THIS ONE BITES THE DUST! 2/10 RATING
