Shift smart is an excellent gig to earn fast money. Main tasks consist of cooking, bin preparation for the next day, cleaning, cooler replenishment/refresh, etc. Everyone on the app is very helpful. Negatives are there is no direct phone number, which has been a main concern for employers/managers. Also, there are certain projects, i.e. bin prep where you are not paid if you go past your designated time, which isn't legal, but overall, very good gig employment app to make fast cash.

They count me as a no show to a shift I was at and app wouldn't let me check in and don't pay me even though I worked which caused me to miss other shifts due to that non-payment caused issues with transportation then have the balls to tell me I need to reflect on what is expected well I expect to be able to get ahold of someone which u can't I expect to be paid for work I did then maybe I'll reflect u guys are bull sh***

There is only AI no live person when you have shift issues they give you a set amount of time to do the job but if the job is not complete they deduct that from your pay.bevery store is different, and you have to spend time searching for things that will eat up your time, and you won't get paid for a shift to you almost complete. I have an issue with my pay that still has not been fixed it's been almost 2 weeks already. it's crazy.

I can't get in touch with anybody from the company even after I work a shift, and it's been denied, they redirect you to somebody else and even at this point, I'm trying to submit a rating, and I'm getting denied
