Description
Zoho Lens allows support agents to provide expert work instructions to customers or field agents by initiating a session and accessing their smartphone. The efficient remote assistance tool with both HD video and audio lets you annotate live objects in need for problem solving.

QR / Barcode / Live Text Scanner: Quickly scan and retrieve information from QR codes, barcodes, or text in real time. Open links, extract text, and access relevant information instantly with a single tap.
Advanced Chat & File Transfer: Exchange messages, images, documents, and other files securely in real time, ensuring efficient collaboration and issue resolution.
Zoom, Freeze and Screenshot: Pinch the screen to zoom into the video feed for a closer look at real-world objects. Freeze the video stream to inspect intricate details and capture screenshots for documentation, analysis, and future reference.

Unable to log in with my zoho mail account. Every time I enter my zoho mail ID and password. It fails to log in with a message something went wrong. Please fix the issue soon or else I'll uninstall the app which is of no use unless fixed. Successfully logged in after clearing the cache and app data. So, I changed the status from 1 start to 4 start.

1. Please also give option for taking pictures of important articles of newspaper and important topics of books to take OCR 2. Sir, please put first page (meeting option) in second or third page. And when we open page, so we need pictures option. So it will help a lot. Sir, please do this I want using dodo lens rather than Google Lens.Currently, I am supporting every Indian digital ecosystem make by zoho
