Are you struggling with connection??? The app and watch is absolutely fantastic 👌 It does exactly what it's meant to do!!!! 😍 I see a lot of people mentioning they can't connect or no signal. Just a heads-up, the watch works the best with a Telkom sim card. I thought I would leave this note here for anyone struggling in the future. Other issues I've seen people are having: Time zone - you need to update the timezone on the watch and every singe member, ie mom and dad's phones.

Very Important. Load data not only airtime on the sim card. Otherwise the watch will not bind. It will receive calls, but that's it, until you load up data and upload the phone book, SOS info etc. Data is absolutely essential for proper set up
