It connected pretty easy after uninstalling and reinstalling. All the features seem to work fine except the personalization of the watch from the app. I've been using it for a week now and no connection issues. I run on android.

Great watch once you know how to set it up correctly. Turn on your Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and location. Go into the settings on the watch and follow each step and off u go.

Don't panic - the app works well. I saw the reviews and thought my Kogan Pulse+ was going to be a waste of $$ but I had literally zero issues. Make sure you select the right watch on the home screen, as some look similar. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, and you're good to go!

Cannot connect to phone anymore. The phone can be paired via phone's Bluetooth menu but cannot be connected via this app. All permissions provided and yet it says cannot connect.

I bought three kogan Play + kids smartwatches for my kids. I can only link 1 watch to my phone. So disappointed. Knowing these are smartwatch for kids, I thought I can link all of them and monitor their activities on my phone.

I purchased a play+ ace watch for Christmas for my 8yr old son due to the fact it said you can track your kids where abouts. First of all you can not track them at all!!. And I have to sync my phone calls, messages, photos and files to the app, so you can det the time. I can not turn any of these options off so when ever he is around me basically he gets all my notifications and calls to his watch. How ridiculous is that. It shouldn't be a kid watch if you can't control it. And fix the bugs!!
