EDIT: I don't know why the Wi-Fi doesn't connect the app to the network (even if I used it to download the app), however on my 4G I can connect the app to the network and download more background, even make them which is quite nice ! The feedback option on the app does not work (you cannot send anything to them) and there is no way to download more background and change it for your smartwatch as there is nothing showing on the app. The app is poorly coded and does not work properly.

Using app with sekonda watch with no problems. You need to set the app permissions up correctly or things may not work, but I've had no trouble so far. I like the alarm (set on app not phone) and other notifications. Very pleased with it all. Think some have battery optimization switched on, so app shuts in the background which will be causing some trouble. You need to allow app to run 24/7, so it stays connected.

Like everyone with this app it is a necessity for a relatively cheap smartwatch. Unfortunately the app never syncs with the watch, so you don't get any notifications. I'm left with a dumb watch and this dumb app on my phone wasting battery

Worked great for the first 3 days - now it won't sync my data, constantly disconnects, won't alert me of new messages and calls - ridiculously poor app. Will be returning my watch as this joke of an app is all Sekonda seem to use. Shame.

Useless since last update. Keeps disconnecting, hard to re-connect. Now no BP monitoring. Does not show all data. Previous version was OK. How do I kill this update & get the previous version back to? In a word - RUBBISH.
