I have used this application for a number of years now. Throughout this period, I have been receiving updates and advisory information on a regular basis. I have found the app provides all the information that is required to both monitor and maintain the vehicle to a high standard. When a Gen2 adapter failed during a system update recently, Carly through their support people (Sara) were excellent sending me a replacement adapter in double quick time to Australia. I have a W164 ML320CDi and this app scans 32 of the car's ECUs using a generic ELM327 dongle. It correctly identified any engine fault I have had unlike Torque, which gave incorrect information. I am a mechanic by trade and would recommend this app to anyone with a Mercedes and likes to do there own repairs. The engine needs to be running to scan successfully.The app is well worth the money.

your app does NOT CLEAR ABS SRS FAULT CODES ON MERCEDES there is no fault with my system except me pulling the seatbelt reatraint plug.Mercedes star clears no problem but not carly I will give 5 stars when this is rectified but as it stands i was conned into paying for this app plus another £55 for the dongle that you told me i needed.

Don't waste your time, listen to the 1 star reviews they are all right! Its an absolute rip off aswell, €60+ shipping for the adapter and €35 a year to use the full app! And it will only work with their own adapter. Its not much more money to buy a decent MB scanner. I used to use carly a few years ago and it was really good then. Wish I hadn't wasted the time downloading it this time! Sort it out Carly look how bad your reviews are! More 1 star reviews than anything else, stop being so greedy!

** UPDATE! ** 'Health diagnostics' are BROKEN. Worst part is there is NOTHING to indicate that your car's in trouble. It only reports "GOOD - No problems found" I tried an older version (Carly) installed on my old tablet. It correctly showed my 3 current issues...as did Torque. Worried that you guys are providing false test results to us, maybe to blame 'inferior' OBD adapters - then sell you another.
