First, they forced to register with our private details. It's ok, I understood since some ppl need the battery to be delivered to their home. But I just want to inquire about the battery first and probably just walk-in since I have lots of time on my cuti day. Then, live chat with their agent to know of my battery size. Due to only a size smaller is available, though recommended for my car. Live chat agent kept pestering for location, when I just want to know battery specs difference 🤦🏻♂️

Irresponsible battery seller. My battery bought from 'Kaput' was leaking until it affected the paint and cause a rust. They don't want to take a responsibility. Pictures already given to them but still denied their mistake. Better get service from established company such as Bateriku. Their service quality is very Kaput same like their company name. Totally will fight until they replace the defect battery. You will realise the company is genuine or not until these things happened.

Serves okay, but please tell the buyer clearly in large font and with big spec that new battery IS TRADE IN. don't just hide the word 'price with old battery discount' display with small letter on third sentence after old other garbage statement. Other app clearly shows TRADE IN.
