Description

CarrDealer Mobile by Carnomaly provides the capability for CarrDealer Client Dealers and their employees to greet Dealership Customers, Scan a Vehicle in their Service Drive or Lot for Trade, ask if they are Waiting or dropping off their vehicle, Document Vehicle Condition and a Offer the consumer a Complimentary Value on their vehicle. A simplified process for Acquisition, recording vehicle condition for damage mitigation with video and photos, updating vehicle options and providing a offer on the consumer's vehicle as a Offer to Purchase. Vehicle data will be saved to the CarrChain Blockchain

The word-script in the App ensures each customer is greeted, a walk-around video is recorded along with pictures of the vehicle for any damage what arriving to the service drive. This protects the dealership from false claims after the service is completed. An additional script asking the customer if they would like a complementary value for their vehicle is also available in the App.

All of this information and media is saved in the System and pushed to CarrChain, Carnomaly's Blockchain.

The CarrDealer App provides:
- Adding Vehicles into the Dealership's CarrDealer Account
- Scanning a VIN (Barcode or OCR)
- Scanning Odometer using OCR (to prevent fraudulent readings)
- Taking a Walk-Around Video to document vehicle condition entering a service drive for maintenance and when returning the vehicle to the customer
- Bid Offers on a vehicle
- In-App Messaging to Dealership CarrDealer Portal
- Updating and adding Media
- Updating Vehicle Options, Interior and Exterior Color
- Single page Vehicle View
- Ability to scan and store multiple vehicles per day
- Ability to Recall a vehicle buy Scanning a VIN or entering partial VIN into vehicle search
- Manage Vehicles, inventory and bids from a simple easy to use SaaS portal
- Manage Dealership Loaner Fleet with capability to Check-in, and Check-out Vehicles while documenting vehicle condition with Video and Photos

Dealership Acquisition Managers can enter vehicles from their Carnomaly Mobile App.

Messaging
Dealers can communicate directly with Service Advisors, Sales Managers and Sales Reps through in-app messaging system, ensuring quick responses and smooth transactions.

Vehicle Condition Documentation
Image and video documentation of vehicles entering and leaving the service drive or dealership for future reference.
