Good app to pay bills but lately the words an all together in certain spot I tried 10 times to put extra money in escrow and pmi on pmi spot can't see what you're typing and similar in escrow spot feels like its doing it on purpose so you don't pay extra to pmi please fix!

When making adjustments to their auto-pay it will cancel the mid-month payment thus charging you a late fee. When I was dealing with my father being in the hospital for over a month and ultimately passing away. I had missed the notice. After submitting an inquiry they ultimately denied the refund. Additionally, the inquiry taking several months for a response. Strongly would not recommend this loan service or bank.

Over all the app is just buggy in general. Had to go to the website to pay my mortgage today (it's the 2nd) been logging onto the app for the last 3 days trying to make my payment from the app but the app keeps saying my loan can't be found. I was starting to think my loan got sold to a different company. Nope, just the app being its normal level of terrible we've all come to expect.
