CARTA GO is the new easy way to schedule your trip on CARTA’s neighborhood Dial-a-Ride service.You are now able to book rides from the app and you can go from anywhere within our selected service zones. CARTA GO provides curb-to-curb, on-demand transportation in Chattanooga for the price of a bus ride. Connect to transit, shopping, work, school, and parks – where will CARTA GO take you?
With a few taps, the CARTA GO app will schedule your trip with details on vehicle arrival and your time to destination. When you want and where you want to go, CARTA GO will get you there.

CARTA GO for the most part is an easy way to catch a ride. This app is easy to set up, to use, sometimes I have to double-check the destination, but as long as I check it before hitting accept, it's good to go

Absolute waste of time. You could catch covid 3x's before you could catch a bus in this town. Carta should be ashamed. Traffic is only going to get worse. It would be nice to have a reliable bus system in this hellscape of a world. Let me just go ahead and delete this unhelpful app.

The app needs a lot an of work when trying to book a ride it sometimes takes up to 30 minutes if all seats are full there is no way u can select a time slot so u just keep wasting your time trying book a ride than when your ride is book the app tell u how much time u have before bus arrive one minute u have 5 then 15 and Half of the streets list on app you don't drop off there please fix
