★★★★★ Carta takes the complexity of employee stock options and makes it much easier to understand

★★★★★ So fluid and easy to use. I wish there was integration with Intuit's Mint.

★★★★★ No way to fix your account name if it was misspelled in the app, but it can be done on the website. "Contact Carta Support" link opens email client with a blank "to" field so can't get help using it. Support phone number can be found when you select "customer support pin" which is not intuitive. Called support, and it was a short wait, and they were very helpful. The app allows you to simulate exercising your options which helps a lot with understanding how options work.

★★★★★ Could be more guidance within the app. Exercising options not as straight forward as it could be.

★★☆☆☆ Impossible to download a document in PDF format. It's a glorified docusign. Don't bother using Carta. You can manage vesting without the unnecessary cost and complication. A nothing burger business with poor app.

★★☆☆☆ What a stupid app, there's no way to enter a date without using the calendar widget. That's 20 years to rewind just to enter a birthday!

★★☆☆☆ Biometric login useless. I only log in around the start of the month to check vested shares. Authentication data is saved for 15 days. This means every single time I open this app I have to not only login, but also supply MFA code. This completely defeats the purpose of having a Carta app, let alone offering biometric sign in. I'm just as well off saving a bookmark in my browser. No other app I've ever used has forced me to log in with password and MFA so aggressively.
