Please add the option to invest or trade, you'd be the number #1 app in Morocco, beating all other banks if you do. Also the option to have the bank cards delivered to your house. Every time I go to buy one they either ran out or don't have it. Otherwise 10/10 app, no complains so far. It's very user-friendly, easy to access, the staff who verify you are super quick, honestly? I'm so surprised that a Moroccan app could be this good. Just a few things needed here and there, and it'd be perfect.

I had issues withdrawing from my PayPal for over a month, and so I contacted them many many many timea through calls WhatsApp messages and yet nothing has been regarding my issue. I even spoke with someone in "technical department" and said record me the issue, and so I did and sent it right away and guess what it's been over a week not a single response 🙃 sent them different emails to check the status of my ticket and again guess what ? Nobody responded.

I sent a package to the Tazarine area in Zamora, and instead of delivering it to the recipient, they threw it away in another city, far away in Ouarzazate. I tried to contact customer service, but no response for eight days. Terrible service, I don't recommend it to anyone.

The e card option just disappears after you make a physical card. And the physical one isn't international like the virtual card.
