Please add the option to invest or trade, you'd be the number #1 app in Morocco, beating all other banks if you do. Also the option to have the bank cards delivered to your house. Every time I go to buy one they either ran out or don't have it. Otherwise 10/10 app, no complains so far. It's very user-friendly, easy to access, the staff who verify you are super quick, honestly? I'm so surprised that a Moroccan app could be this good. Just a few things needed here and there, and it'd be perfect.

The e card option just disappears after you make a physical card. And the physical one isn't international like the virtual card.

I gave this app a positive review in 2023 because it was simple and reliable. Now, transfers to other banks can take over a week, especially during holidays. Bill payments sometimes fail randomly, and the money gets held for days before being refunded, with no clear updates or explanations. Customer communication is poor. Also, if you charge 1 DH to add money and 1 DH to withdraw it, at least return the remaining cents instead of keeping them. And many more problems I can't type them...
