Cashflow is an easy-to-use checkbook register and personal account ledger. Track your current, cleared, and ending balances across as many accounts as you like — and project your cash flow by entering future-dated transactions right in the register.
KEY FEATURES • Three balances per account: current, cleared, and ending • Project future cash flow by entering upcoming transactions • Multiple accounts, with account types you can use to filter the list down to just the accounts you want to see • Scheduled transactions that post automatically on a set interval or on a specific day of the month • Transfers in one step — a single transfer entry automatically records the matching transaction in the other account • Multi-currency: add your own currencies and assign one per account • Choose your date format: MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD • Light, dark, and high-contrast themes, or follow your system setting
BACKUP & RESTORE Back up everything — accounts, transactions, scheduled items, and settings — to a single file from Settings → Backup. Connect Dropbox to keep an off-device copy so a lost, damaged, or reset phone doesn't take your data with it, then restore in a few taps on a new device.
YOUR DATA & PRIVACY Your financial data lives on your device. We don't run a server that stores your transactions, balances, or account details. Cashflow uses only anonymized, aggregate usage analytics to improve the app — never your financial data or personal information. The paid version shows no ads and does not access any advertising identifier.
ABOUT THE PAID VERSION The paid version is a one-time purchase that permanently removes ads. It is not a feature unlock — the free and paid versions have exactly the same features. Think of it as a supporter tier: a way to back a small, independent app directly instead of through ads. No one needs to buy it — the free version is complete. (Looking ahead, optional cloud features such as cross-device sync are planned and will be offered as a separate subscription; this one-time purchase will always remain simply "no ads, plus your support.")
SUPPORT A full change log is available on our website and inside the app. Google Play doesn't give us a reliable way to reply to reviews, so if you run into a problem or have feedback, please email us using the feedback (?) icon in the app and we'll help.
Recent changes: Fixed: scheduled transactions could skip an occurrence and quietly stop auto-applying for good. The cause is fixed, and backups now remember which occurrences were already applied, so restoring won't double-post. Your register is never edited automatically.

I've had this for years and works perfectly well. Best register ever. It is now 2025 and this app still works like a charm. I'd give it 10 stars. It keeps me organized, super easy to use, safe, and useful. I also want to add that keeping my own register alerted me of a huge mistake in one of my accounts. The institution sat on a very material error for a whole month. This app is, without a doubt, a must-have! Wish they had a version for IPad.

Didn't back up my info... I backed up the app to my sd card put it in my new phone restored the info it said restored successfully however my info isn't there! I then attempted to download using Dropbox and received a java error! I am still trying to figure out how to get my info back... VERY UNHAPPY!

The most disappointing experience. All data was lost. Paid off an account and deleted the account, that was all it took to destroy a couple of years of data. Very unstable app.
