Cashflow is an easy-to-use checkbook register and personal account ledger. Track your current, cleared, and ending balances across as many accounts as you like — and project your cash flow by entering future-dated transactions right in the register.
KEY FEATURES • Three balances per account: current, cleared, and ending • Project future cash flow by entering upcoming transactions • Multiple accounts, with account types you can use to filter the list down to just the accounts you want to see • Scheduled transactions that post automatically on a set interval or on a specific day of the month • Transfers in one step — a single transfer entry automatically records the matching transaction in the other account • Multi-currency: add your own currencies and assign one per account • Choose your date format: MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD • Light, dark, and high-contrast themes, or follow your system setting
BACKUP & RESTORE Back up everything — accounts, transactions, scheduled items, and settings — to a single file from Settings → Backup. Connect Dropbox to keep an off-device copy so a lost, damaged, or reset phone doesn't take your data with it, then restore in a few taps on a new device.
YOUR DATA & PRIVACY Your financial data lives on your device. We don't run a server that stores your transactions, balances, or account details. Cashflow uses only anonymized, aggregate usage analytics to improve the app — never your financial data or personal information. The free version is supported by ads, shown through Google's ad network.
ABOUT ADS & SUPPORTING THE APP This free version includes every feature — there are no paid-only features — and is supported by ads. If you'd like to remove ads permanently and back a small, independent app, a separate one-time paid version is available (search the store for the paid "Cashflow"). It's completely optional; the free version is complete.
SUPPORT A full change log is available on our website and inside the app. Google Play doesn't give us a reliable way to reply to reviews, so if you run into a problem or have feedback, please email us using the feedback (?) icon in the app and we'll help.
Recent changes: Fixed: scheduled transactions could skip an occurrence and quietly stop auto-applying for good. The cause is fixed, and backups now remember which occurrences were already applied, so restoring won't double-post. Your register is never edited automatically.

This us the best app I have used for years until I changed my phone and couldn't use it anymore. I was very sad, found another app and now the same thing. Looking for an app I have seen this again, and it made my day. But remember you will not be able to transfer info from this app between phones.

No more losing my check register! I am so happy to have an app that replaces my checkbook register. My manual one was always a mess because I would write in my autopays, but if there was a change in the amount I'd have use white-out and, well, you get the picture! Anyhow, love this app!

Backup does not include all the transaction. If you rely on the backup you could be in big trouble. Only half of my transactions are there.

So this update that was supposed to fix the problem of some people losing all data fucked it up for everyone else. Good job guys for screwing this one up. All data lost!

Lost all data What good is a register when you never know if\when your data may be lost? They deleted all of my data during the latest update. Do NOT bother installing unless you want to constantly worry about losing everything.
