Ci vista is the worst, it is difficult to set up payments, understand the million lines of activity in the account even though I mostly pay this account, and it will sometimes take payments from my account I did not set up. This is the worst bank and app I have dealt with.

Transactions don't show up until days later (even as pending, they just all of a sudden show up as posted) and then the times are not right (ATM fees remursed and time stamped before I even withdrew money from ATM, etc.)

App will display a false balance under certain circumstances leading someone not paying close enough attention to overdraw their accounts and contribute to the profits of the bank at the expense of the user, may not be intentional, but def seems like a good business move for the bank and corporation accordingly, so addressing the issue seems like low priority either way just making it seem all that much more intentional imo JS
