I primarily use this app to submit service requests to the city. That worked for a while. But now the app crashes every time I try to submit a request. Grrr!

This app still doesn't work - Its literal garbage. I think the developers should be sued for giving our city such an unusable, clunky, non-functional app that has ever existed. I will be bringing this up at my next local civic meeting to see what can be done about getting a new app or getting this one to actually work. In the meantime, I advise everyone to just report to 311 via the Internet on your phone or laptop. The developers of this app should feel ashamed.

It's not a well-designed app for a booming city as Columbus is. Sometimes it works. My last request did not show up in the app after I submitted it, but I saw it on the city's 311 website.
