Fantastic app. Very good accountability by city. I've so far generated 161 tickets over the course of abt 3+ years. The selections are pretty straightforward for each ticket. The picture upload is nice to be sure they see the problems as I see them. I get emails abt when the city begins work on the ticket & also when closed. For several, I've even received emails from staff members if they have questions or want feedback. Very great app!!!!

Installed it on a Samsung Galaxy phone. App close itself when I try to create a new request. Not very useful if can only do it via Apo.

I downloaded the App today. I clicked on "Requests" and "Create Request". As soon as I click on Create Request, the App restart itself. I am using a Pixel 4a running Android 11. I installed a new sod and need more days to water my lawn. Not able to use the App.

App works great until I got a new phone (Pixel 8 Pro). The app won't open on my new phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but still won't open. When the app works, it's a great app, but can't get it to open on the new phone.
