Very nice Generally great response from the City of Omaha on submissions. Would love a feedback button or a BS red flag though for when they close something before it's actually done.

City of Omaha no longer responds to requests on the app, per the message in the app.

Better than nothing I like the ability to submit a report about potholes and graffiti, but they sure made an awkward app to do it. First, there's an annoying pop-up notifying me that my GPS is off and forces me to enter the "settings" part of my phone. I know my GPS is off, that's what I wanted. After that I have to use a data-heavy map to "pinpoint" my location which may be useful for some reports but just slows the whole submission process for things like potholes that just need an address. Like the concept, needs tweaking

No response I've used this app a couple of times. It has been months, and it still says in process and the problems have never been resolved.
