Hey geniuses who made this lousy app, have you ever tested the process for applying for a car loan using your app? Guess what, you can't make it through the entire process before your stupid app times out due to "inactivity" and logs you out, completely erasing ALL info you just spent 10 minutes entering. Your app literally states it's a 3-Step process and there are many fields to enter. I'm already a member of this CU, but thinking of going elsewhere simply because of your app.
