It's easy to use. You need to be more patient while waiting for your turn🙂. The communication between you and the dr was thru chat. It's a nice experience using this app. Thank you CDCph Doctors for our easy access thru online check up and e prescriptions for our meds. God Bless and More Power. I suggest pdf file for eprescriptions to be more readable.🙂

Paid the consultation fee with 0 patient ahead of me on queue.. With a Doctor Siegfried Galang.. Never got a call or chat.. They should call once payment was done.. For christ sake! Money just went down the drain.. Wish I can rate it 0.. Feels like scam..

Ang sama po ng app na ito. After ko po nagbayad, ni redirect ako ng system ng app na si dr. Sigfried Galang daw magiging attending physician ko at nasa panglimang queue daw ako. Ang problema, sobrang tagal akong na asikaso. Lumipas nalang ang tatlong oras wala pa rin. Nung binuksan ko ulit ang app biglang "Thank you for consulting with us" na ang nakalagay. Na scam ako ng app ba ito! I paid 620 pesos pa naman. Supplements ko na sana iyon. 😭

Bad experience. Waited such a long time with only 2 people before me. Had no prob with it initially. When it was finally my turn, I realized why - doc takes such a long time to reply to a chat msg. After prescription, doc doesnt explain anything and will end the chat had i not asked questions. Doc was also rude when I asked for simple clarifications. The doc that I got was Maricar G. Lim. Never gonna use this app again.
