Cedars has provided me wonderful Cardiac and Geriatric care for 20+ years. I've used CSLink since 1st offered, and I just added CS Connect. To my astonishment, w/i 5 minutes after signing up for CS Connect, Noelia called to welcome me. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. If my contact with her is any measure, this promises to be a great new care feature for Cedars patients!

The app stated my appointment would start within 12-36 mins, I have an hour lunch period and waited and after 36 min passed I called and spoke with someone. The put me on hold for a while and then finally stated I was in the waiting room, I asked what the option was to reschedule, she said I could come back and rewait if needed. That was a lie. The DR showed up after 80 minutes, and I couldn't make it to my appointment because I had to go back to work. Extremely disappointed.

I loathe this app with every fiber of my being... • It makes you take pictures of your ID and yourself every single time you have an appointment with a provider. How hard is it to just do this once and remember us??? • Concierge keeps using the wrong name. Every single time I correct them. But they continue to call me by that name. • Quest Diagnostics requires me to print out my lab order. But the app only lets me download 1 order. When I get multiple orders, I cannot download them all.

After the update, this app has been impossible to use. I missed my virtual visit because this app wasn't working. I'm trying to reschedule but can't. Please fix! I need to contact my provider!
