★★★★★ Cedars has provided me wonderful Cardiac and Geriatric care for 20+ years. I've used CSLink since 1st offered, and I just added CS Connect. To my astonishment, w/i 5 minutes after signing up for CS Connect, Noelia called to welcome me. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. If my contact with her is any measure, this promises to be a great new care feature for Cedars patients!

★★☆☆☆ I cannot join a session with a doctor. I have had to reschedule over and over to try and resolve and nothing. Days later and I still cannot join the call deeming the app useless.

★★☆☆☆ This app is no good. I have been trying to get help to no avail. It gives you the runaround. Not sure it it is really meant to help people.

★★☆☆☆ It keeps sending me to a Verification email. Over and over again. So I tried to sign up "again" and I keep getting the Welcome back and here's your "verification email" the app doesn't work and is a waste of time. The app is downloaded on my phone, but it keeps sending verification email. After that I can't continue with adding account details. It keeps saying "something went wrong. Please try again". I tried 10 times still not working. Do NOT try and waste your time.
