Just finished a wonderful Mediterranean cruise on the Celebrity Excel. Service was second to none. Special thanks to our stateroom attendant Darwin for keeping our Infinite Veranda room perfect every day. Big shoutout to Mariana and Luigi — the entertainment heads — the dancers and shows were absolutely amazing! Captain Kirk was unbelievable: talented, funny, and a truly great captain. Beautiful ship, great food, and incredible ports made this one of our best vacations ever. Highly recommend!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with several aspects of my recent cruise aboard the Celebrity Beyond. While I was looking forward to a premium vacation, I left feeling frustrated by what I believe were misleading charges and services that did not meet my expectations. First, when I purchased the beverage package for both myself and my stateroom guest, I was immediately charged a 20% gratuity. I accepted that charge because I understood it was associated with the beverage package.

Could be so much better. This app is so under utilized. When looking at the deck views, I should be able to click on a venue, and it takes me to that venue's page to see the menu, see the hours it's open, see the performances, what it's about, and times and all other days that performance is during my cruise. The app should also include a map to.... feature, so it can show me in the app as I walk where to turn, what floor to go to, etc. to get to any destination from my current location.

Buggy, inconsistent UI mixed with a reliance on Wi-Fi without an estimation of ship time, inconsistent UI state with no proper notification icon nor minimization. No Wi-Fi integration to log in with, requiring the captive portal.
