Can't even open the app. No, pending updates, the screen just flashes in and out.

This is not the centavo insurance app, that is non-existent and this is an app for coordinating care with your primary only, no info regarding your insurance. The Centavo insurance seems like a rinky dink insurance with unavailable apps and the website is awful as well.

App won't connect to video appointments. The chat feature only works sporadically - you get a Failure to Send message most of the time. So when the physician messages to ask if you're planning on joining the video chat, you can't even send them a message letting them know that you are trying to. Beyond frustrating.
