Best company ever! It does take a while to get help though, but it's 100% worth it, I mean it has an amazing price I would even pay more if I had to, the service is that good! If you need labs or prescription this is your place! I have a broken tooth, and they prescribed me the right thing, and it saved me! Thank you so much! Also do you guys do gender Affirming labs? This is a great service at an unbeatable price. I didn't care much for the first dr I picked when signing up and Curai immediately took care of that and reassigned me Dr. Hung, he is awesome and very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Hung and Curai Health. You will not find a better online doctor experience anywhere else.

In general good app. Concerned about a contract ed monthly automatic withdrawal for doctor apps. Asked doctor how can I cancel. She didn't explain how. Instead of answering my question she got kind of insulting saying Its kind of self-explanatory. Because of this response I don't plan to use Curai. Respect goes a long way. Disrespect will lose customers. For a smart person like a doctor this was not very smart. I will not pay to get disrespected because I can get disrespect for free.

I don't recommend if you have health insurance. They charge you out of pocket for every single thing. My insurance wouldn't cover the claim the doctor was in NC, but the prescription came from cali. Definitely red flags went off after that. My insurance company recommended me to MD live you can get a primary care doctor, instant live chat, live phone call, video chat and my meds got refilled same day over there. So I switched to them glad I did. If you want to pay out of pocket this is for you.

Use callondoc app instead. These are Very average physicians. The virtual physician I used gave a diagnosis that contradicted two other doctors that saw me in person. Horrible diagnosis I completely disagree with because I have an IQ over 140 for one thing, and I research medical literature from the manufacturers of medications and peer review studies. A complete waste of time that I have done a similar process on call on dock, and they worked fine use callondoc app instead.
