Has the very BEST and Fast Pace but yet making sure they get every detail of your treatment plan and to get seen for whatever you are going through that an Urgent Care would attend to. They usually don't have long waiting time. Definitely takes STATE MEDICAID and easy directions to enter the chat with provider. If I could show my messages that I get you'd see I trust them I've been using this app for 2 years, and it's amazing for people who don't have a ride maybe or even their work schedule or

Waylay better than Doctors on Demand!! 100% better for the following reasons. #1, significantly lower cost than D.O.D. and other similar online doctor services, #2, Much easier sign-up/registration process (Less than 10 mins total from the time I downloaded the app to the time we began our telehealth visit!😃), #3, site/app easier to navigate than others like it, #4, the connection and video quality was perfect, not jumpy or unstable, #5, good physician and bedside manner, the BEST APP OF ITS KIND!!

Out of 10 visit attempts, 8 of them have resulted in technical issues (been on both their side and mine) and ended by the provider canceling my appointment all together, forcing me to reschedule the appointment with the hopes that maybe the next one will work. So frustrating! I'm highly disappointed that this is the app that my insurance prefers we use for telehealth. Do not recommend.

Horrible interface, not worth the stress it causes just to use it. If you didn't need a doctor before using the app, it will talk care of that for you. I felt my blood pressure rising as my daughter and I tried to just sign in. We called for assistance, and with their help I was able to get signed in.unfortunately the appointment was for my daughter, and we couldn't get it set up for her to be the one to have the appointment, so we eventually gave up and just went to the clinic. Deleting this app!

It's been hours since my appointment, and they didn't send me prescription or complete the visit. I've called 3 times. Use someone else.
