Downloaded the app after moving to the area. First taxi booked didn't turn up. Called after 10 minutes waiting to be told it was in a queue, and they couldn't tell me know long. What a joke of a service. Don't advertise 7 minutes wait if it's going to be over 30 minutes!!

Trying to add a card since I don't have cash and its asking for account ID. What's my account ID? Can't find it anywhere, and it's not my email or phone number. Had to use another taxi company

I use central cars everyday goin to and from my work and also elsewhere I have just waited 40 mins to be told the taxi that's dispatched was no longer dispatched and still had no and on wen one would be available I have to say don't usely use reviews but the way I was treated is absolutely despicable

Account set up was easy until I had to add my card details which failed multiple times which is why I'm giving this rating. UX and Design feel are aesthetically pleasing. Too bad the payment details were a bit janky. Surely this could be fixed by giving the option to add a card using your camera.
