It is very easy to use and has everything you need on the App call for an outage, change stop service like I'm doing from moving or transfer electric over to a new place pay electric bills notifications shows balance you owe and when bill due and allot more there very respectful awesome people, and I will always choose and support Central Hudson as my Electric company God bless this Electric Company

Had no issues with this app before, but I Just did an update now the app won't let me log in

This company is terrible, so it makes sense that their app is also terrible. I have all permissions turned on, but it won't allow me to upload a photo of my meter (which you absolutely must do unless you want to pay for estimated usage which is ALWAYS twice the actual usage). An error message states that permissions have been turned off and to turn them on in settings; I've checked it numerous times, they're on. The only thing you can actually do on the app is pay your bill, so they get their $$$

HORRIBLE! App does not let you submit a meter reading. It's trash just like the company. You should be ashamed.

Don't trust Auto pay, it waits until after the payment is due to send you a message saying it was unable to pay
