Great & Detailed):** I had a really great experience at Center point in Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi, and I want to highlight the excellent service from Shaikh Mohamed. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful right from the beginning. He understood what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and guided me with great attention to detail. What I appreciated most was his patience and the way he made everything easy and smooth until everything was done.

This is a very good service, I am directly benefited from your service. But do not keep 2/3 days for delivery, if possible, arrange delivery on the same day of order. And another thing, keep the customer informed about what is happening in their order, when and at what time. Prithee Shah

I placed my order on August 4, 2026, and the application stated that the items would be ready for pickup on August 6, 2026. However, until now, August 10, 2026, my items are still not ready. I have already emailed your customer service address, but I have not received any response. I also called your customer service number, and I was advised to raise a complaint. This is now my second complaint regarding the same issue. I would like to ask for an immediate update regarding my order.
