★★☆☆☆ Garbage app from a garbage company. Hands down the worst employees in the isp business. No one is properly trained, and they all hate their jobs. This app reflects everything centurylink embodies. Horrible layout, slow servers and poor customer support. If you are a garbage person, you will love Century link!

★★☆☆☆ I just ordered phone only service and I can't create an account, the app doesn't open and on the off chance it does, takes forever to load. I hope this isn't my future with Century Link.

★★☆☆☆ Our devices won't even connect When we received our modem. It was sitting in water logged box. We can't even enjoy the service 90% of the time we're on our own plan with our verizon. When we try to connect to the Wi-Fi modem it says no modem found

★★☆☆☆ Their fiber internet service is embarrassingly slow for fiber optic internet. Other companies that offer fiber have ten times the download speed and 100 times slower upload speeds for $5 more a month. CenturyLink's fiber isn't even faster than cable!
