This is the WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED working in Home Health. It is HORRIBLE, except for filling out a daily care plan. The day of the week you are using it, that is, if you remember to reset it EVERY DAY, because rather than moving forward to the next day, it always goes back to Monday. The clock in/out is nearly impossible. The designer (🤡) is still fixing (?) issues (staff says "glitches") for months now. I give it a huge ZERO. Assisting Hands' owner should be ashamed to force it on us

I have had nothing but problems with this app my work tells us we have to use it it doesn't always allow me to log in it doesn't keep my password safe it most of the time tells me I'm too far from my location and doesn't give the right location when I'm trying to clock in it uses a surrounding one and not the accurate currently I'm experiencing not being able to do anything of accepting my client's signatures nothing has been working, and I think this is probably one of the worst apps I have had
