Easy most of the time to navigate through. It would be easier if you could go back to online bill payments being done in a list as you had previously instead of doing each individually--very slow process. Also see if in the next update you could make a bigger button to cancel transfers as it seems like it is hidden at the moment! Thanks!

I still am unable to download the app to my phone. So far I've spent 20 hours trying to make this happen. And apparently I'm not the only one having problems, calling puts you immediately to busy signal. Either they are very busy with calls or got fed up and quit taking calls.
