Interest rate is extremely high but considering this card is for rebuilding credit and for those with fair to poor credit I guess this is to be expected. Payments should be available to make online using a debt card.

RUN!!! This is not the credit card you are looking for. 500 credit line for the last 3 years. No late pmts. No increases. Annual fee is 150 billed up front on 1st billing cycle. Annual fee 2nd year they bill it again AND charge 15/month, for a total of 330 dollars per year, for a 500 dollar credit line. Also, they weren't getting enough interest while charging 34%, so now its 44% APR. Mind you I have a 690 FICO. Paying off balance this week and closing. I recommend you run. Far and fast.

This company is like bankrupt. I got a cerulean card two years ago the annual fee is 125 and when I called the call center in the Philippines they said they stopped doing credit line increases and that was only reason I applied for it. When I applied they promised to double the credit line within 6 months. Company is a scam.
